Exotic Cocobola Wood Worry Fidget

This beautiful wood worry fidget is made from exotic cocobola from Central America.

Though a process called acupressure, rubbing the wood fidget between your fingers or in your palm stimulates numerous nerve endings. These pressure points connect to meridians within our body which stimulates aspects of the brain. This allows release of endorphins, creating a naturally calming effect.

Rubbing on a wooden worry fidget relieves stress and combined with mediation and prayer can have multiple benefits.

Each wood fidget is hand formed and hand sanded to a very fine finish and then hand rubbed with a bee’s wax finish.
